Founder & Director
Other director - has over 10 years’ experience in the disability sector, primarily working in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and group homes. They have held team leader and management roles for more than five years, bringing hands-on experience in leadership, service delivery, and person-centred support.
Currently holds a Social Science degree, majoring in Community Welfare and Human Services. They have worked with individuals from all walks of life, ensuring that people of diverse backgrounds and abilities are supported with respect, dignity, and choice.

Founder & Director
Gemma has over 10 years’ experience supporting children, young people, and families across disability support, out-of-home care, and in-home services. She holds a Diploma of Counselling, a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences, and is completing a Master of Counselling.
Gemma brings extensive therapy experience, providing counselling to children and young adults, and has training in Functional Family Therapy, supporting families through evidence-based, relational interventions. She is a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and has experience working in complex environments, including homelessness and domestic violence services.

Support Worker
Lianne is a friendly and experienced support worker who has been working in the industry for several years. She has supported a wide range of clients, including children with complex needs such as ASD and ADHD, as well as adults and older people in aged care. She’s currently studying a nursing degree at university and has completed her clinical placements, giving her strong hands-on experience in both everyday support and more complex care needs. Lianne is confident providing personal care as well as higher-level supports, including things like PEG feeding, wound care, and other clinical tasks.
Lianne takes a calm, down-to-earth approach and really values building trust with the people she supports.
